What We Do

A brand that holds together, properly.

A logo isn't a brand — it's one piece of one. We build the identity around it and the guidelines that keep it consistent everywhere it's used, so your brand looks like one thing, not a collection of unrelated files.

01

Logo Design

A mark built to actually work — legible small on a favicon, clear in one colour, and distinctive enough to be recognised without the name next to it.

Concept Development Vector Files Variations
02

Brand Identity

The full visual system around the logo — colour palette, typography, and imagery style — so every piece you produce clearly belongs to the same brand.

Colour Palette Typography Visual Style
03

Brand Guidelines

A clear reference document for how the brand is actually used — logo spacing, colour codes, do's and don'ts — so anyone producing materials keeps it consistent without guessing.

How We Work

Our Branding Work Process.

The same four steps, every time — no shortcuts, no generic templates.

01

Audit & Understand

A review of any existing brand assets — and time spent actually understanding your business before we recommend a direction.

02

Build The Strategy

A specific brand direction for your business and audience — not a generic mood board applied regardless of who you actually are.

03

Execute

The same people who planned the direction design and refine the identity — with no handoff to a junior along the way.

04

Report Honestly

Clear delivery of final files and guidelines, with honest feedback on what worked and what we'd refine if we did it again.

Why DigiThames

What makes our branding
work different.

We know every agency says they build strong brands. Here's what it actually means for us in practice:

🤝
We limit our client roster deliberately

Fewer branding projects means real strategic thinking behind the identity, not a logo generated and dressed up.

💬
We'll tell you if a full rebrand isn't what you need

Sometimes a refresh is enough. We'll say so honestly, rather than selling a full identity project you don't actually need yet.

📈
We're building our track record — openly

We're a growing team and don't pretend otherwise. What we offer is real commitment on every account we take on.

📊
Senior-led work on every account

The person who plans your brand direction is the person doing the design work — not a junior handed the account after the pitch.

100%
Senior-led on every account

Ask Questions

Branding questions,
answered honestly.

If your question isn't here, that's what the contact section below is for.

How long does a branding project take?

Depends on scope — a logo alone turns around faster than a full identity plus guidelines. We'll give you an honest timeline once we know what you actually need, rather than a generic promise that doesn't reflect a proper branding process.

How many logo concepts will we see?

Scoped per project in the proposal — a small number of genuinely considered directions, not a dozen quick variations with no real thinking behind most of them.

Do I need all three services, or just a logo?

Depends on where you're starting from. A brand-new business usually needs all three; an established one with a working logo might just need updated guidelines. We'll tell you honestly what's actually needed rather than selling a full package by default.

What file formats will we receive?

Vector source files alongside the formats you'll actually use day to day — agreed upfront so there's no surprise about what you get at handover.
