What We Do

Every format, on brand.

Graphic design isn't one thing — a social post, a banner, and a brochure each have different constraints and purposes. We design each one properly, tied together by one consistent brand look instead of mismatched one-off pieces.

01

Social Media Posts

Feed, Story, and carousel graphics designed for how each platform actually displays them — sized and formatted properly, not a single design squeezed to fit everywhere.

02

Banners

Website, ad, and event banners built to the exact dimensions each placement needs — clear messaging and hierarchy that works at a glance, not cluttered with everything at once.

03

Brochures

Print and digital brochures structured to actually be read — a clear flow from cover to close, not a wall of text and stock photos with no hierarchy.

04

Business Creatives

Business cards, letterheads, presentation decks, and other everyday brand materials — consistent with your identity, not designed in isolation from everything else you use.

How We Work

Our Design Work Process.

The same four steps, every time — no shortcuts, no generic templates.

01

Audit & Understand

A review of your existing brand assets — and time spent actually understanding your business before we recommend a design direction.

02

Build The Strategy

A specific design plan for what you actually need — which formats matter most, and what to prioritise first — not a generic asset pack.

03

Execute

The same people who planned the direction design and refine the work — with no handoff to a junior along the way.

04

Report Honestly

Clear delivery of final files in the formats you actually need, with honest feedback on what worked and what we'd refine next time.

Why DigiThames

What makes our design
work different.

We know every agency says they design properly. Here's what it actually means for us in practice:

🤝
We limit our client roster deliberately

Fewer design accounts means real revision time on each piece, not stock templates with your logo dropped in.

💬
We'll tell you if a format isn't the right fit

Not every business needs a printed brochure. We'll say so honestly, rather than selling design work that won't actually get used.

📈
We're building our track record — openly

We're a growing team and don't pretend otherwise. What we offer is real commitment on every account we take on.

📊
Senior-led work on every account

The person who plans your design direction is the person doing the work — not a junior handed the account after the pitch.

Ask Questions

Graphic design questions,
answered honestly.

If your question isn't here, that's what the contact section below is for.

How long does a design project take?

Depends on the format and scope — a single social post turns around much faster than a full brochure. We'll give you an honest timeline once we know what you actually need, rather than a generic "48 hours" promise that doesn't hold up for bigger projects.

How many revisions are included?

Scoped per project in the proposal, not a blanket number that doesn't fit every job — a business card and a full brochure reasonably need different revision allowances, and we'll set clear expectations upfront.

Do I need all four design services, or just some?

Depends on your business. A brand active mainly on social usually needs Social Media Posts more than printed Brochures; a B2B company selling in person leans more on Business Creatives. We'll tell you honestly which formats matter most for your situation rather than selling you all four by default.

What file formats will we receive?

Whatever you actually need to use the files — print-ready PDFs, web-optimised images, editable source files, or all of the above — agreed upfront so there's no surprise about what you get at handover.
