What We Do

Designed to be used.

Good UI design isn't just about looking clean — it's about whether someone can actually find what they need and get where they're going. We design for real usage patterns, on real devices, not just one perfect desktop mockup.

01

Website UI

Interface design for full sites — navigation, layout, and component design that stays consistent from page to page, not a homepage that looks nothing like the rest of the site.

Navigation Design Component Systems Wireframing
02

Landing Page Design

Single-purpose page layouts built around one goal — a clear message and one obvious next step, designed to convert rather than just look good.

03

Responsive Design

Layouts that actually work properly on phones and tablets, not just a desktop design squeezed to fit — tested on real screen sizes, not assumed to work.

How We Work

Our Design Work Process.

The same four steps, every time — no shortcuts, no generic templates.

01

Audit & Understand

A review of your existing site or brief — and time spent actually understanding your users before we recommend a direction.

02

Build The Strategy

A specific design plan for your users and goals — not a generic template applied regardless of who's actually using the site.

03

Execute

The same people who planned the direction design and refine the interface — with no handoff to a junior along the way.

04

Report Honestly

Clear delivery of final designs and assets, with honest feedback on what worked and what we'd refine next time.

Why DigiThames

What makes our design
work different.

We know every agency says they design properly. Here's what it actually means for us in practice:

🤝
We limit our client roster deliberately

Fewer design accounts means real usability thinking, not templates with your content dropped in.

💬
We'll tell you if a design pattern won't work for your users

Trends don't always fit every audience. We'll say so honestly, rather than designing something that looks good but confuses your actual visitors.

📈
We're building our track record — openly

We're a growing team and don't pretend otherwise. What we offer is real commitment on every account we take on.

📊
Senior-led work on every account

The person who plans your design direction is the person doing the work — not a junior handed the account after the pitch.

Ask Questions

Web design questions,
answered honestly.

If your question isn't here, that's what the contact section below is for.

Do you design and build the site, or just the design?

Both, if you need it — this design work pairs naturally with our Website Development service, but we're also happy to hand off finished designs for your own developer to build. We'll be upfront about which makes more sense for your situation.

How many revisions are included?

Scoped per project in the proposal, not a blanket number that doesn't fit every job — we'll set clear expectations upfront based on what you actually need.

Do you test designs with real users?

Where it's scoped in, yes — but not every project needs formal user testing. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the extra time and cost for your specific project rather than adding it by default.

What file formats will we receive?

Whatever you actually need — Figma files, exported assets, or handoff specs for a developer — agreed upfront so there's no surprise about what you get at delivery.
